Fungi Collections - Part 1

I did wrote two entries about fungi before. There were three related posts about fungi with the title WORDLESS WEDNESDAY - FUNGI, Fungi - Consumable or Poisonous? and Fungi - Consumable or Poisonous 2. But for this post i change the title to Fungi Collections because i can not give information on consumable or poisonous fungi. So, with this entry i just want my reader to see the different species or type of fungi that i found when i walk in the Borneo rain forest. To share how diverse we are with so many species of plants and animals. 

Here are three different species of fungi that i found during my recent trip to one of the forested area where i work. As far as i know these three species is not consumable but i am not sure if all of it poisonous. I can't tell more info about it. Huh! Will come up with more of my fungi photo collections after this. Enjoy!

Fungi - Consumeable or Poisonous 2

In my previous post about fungi, i recieved feedback from my friend and he told me both species are not consumeable. I do not know about it but better not try to eat it if we don't know. So, this time i put up another two species of fungi but just for your eyes only.

I don't think this is consumeable too. Both photos above are the same species and i found it on the fallen log.

Same goes to these two photos of fungi. I also found it on fallen log. Any idea guys? Do anyone of you know what is this fungi?

Fungi - Consumeable or Poisonus?

Today i want to share a little bit about FUNGI. Just a reminder guys, i am not a botanist and i am not plant lovers but i am trying to love it now. Without plants, we have no forest. For sure...:D


So, when we walk inside rainforest, we will see so many different types of fungi especially after rain. Some of it grows on the ground or on the fallen logs. They are so many different species, with different shape and colours. Some of it consumeable and some of it toxic and please don't take it if you are not sure. When we are inside the forest just be careful and not simply takes for granted about consumeable and poisonus plants. It may cause death.


I found this two different species of fungi during my previous trip. Sorry, i have no further information about this two species. Ouch!!...i am really hopeles when it goes to plants. I think i really have to built my interest and start to search for an info about this plants. Yaiks! I have to do it. Okay okay...i leave it until here. Just enjoy my fungi photo tough.
